Role of Environment Dimensions to strive Sustainable Entrepreneurship: A Triple Bottom Line Approach

Purpose: The study aims to examine the role of Sustainable Entrepreneurship through lens Triple Bottom Line (TBL) with intervention environment dimensions in Indian MSMEs context. Theoretical framework: Sustainability has become most important concern today’s world due changes climate and deterioration. TBL approach includes people, planet profit perspective; include green non-green initiatives that would help entrepreneurs achieve their sustainable goals. Design/methodology/approach: quantitative research design is adopted collect 107 entrepreneurs’ data from Delhi NCR using purposive sampling. examines relationship among Entrepreneurs (profit, people) environmental (green initiative) SPSS Hayes PROCESS. Findings: concludes there exists a correlation between people planet; initiatives; profit; lastly initiatives. In addition, initiative mediates planet. However, correlated only profit. Research, Practical & Social implications: discusses various approaches for MSME endeavour sustainability dimensions. appropriate practice adopting such will eventually drive enterprises towards profit, thus becoming entrepreneurs.
